Jitender Kumar Jain is the Founder and Senior Partner of the firm, having an experience in Income Tax and Management Services for more than 40 years. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 1983. He has played a pivotal role in growth of clients to become large corporates. His proficiency spans across various sectors, where he provides strategic insights and tailored financial solutions to meet the diverse needs of corporates. He is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethical practices in his work. He actively engages in community initiatives. He served cause of Chartered Accountants for 6 years as member in the executive committee and Chairman of Chandigarh Chapter of NIRC, ICAI (1990-91). His contributions to the profession are remembered by younger members.

CA Anurag Gupta is a highly experienced and accomplished professional with a background in finance and leadership. He holds a B.Com from Panjab University, and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1983. He advises start-ups in setting up financial processes, internal controls, business planning and providing virtual CFO and accounting services.

Anurag Gupta had earlier held several leadership positions in finance. He served as the Director Financial Shared Services and as Vice President International with fortune 500 company.

He has a deep understanding of financial reporting and analysis and led a team of financial professionals engaged in analysis and review of financials for large corporates. He has a proven track record of delivering results in complex and challenging environments.

Throughout his career, Gupta has assisted businesses in a variety of industries, including E-commerce and Retail, Jewellery manufacturing and export, social impact ventures, FMCG sector, Men's grooming, Offshore data centers, and Software development. His breadth of experience across these various sectors has allowed him to develop a unique perspective on business and finance, and he is able to apply this knowledge to help his clients achieve their goals. With his strong educational background and extensive experience, Gupta is well-positioned to provide valuable insights and guidance.

Anurag Gupta is also empaneled as an Independent director with the data base maintained by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.

Before attaining his CA qualification, Anurag Verma earned his Bachelor's degree in Commerce, laying a strong foundation for his future in finance and accountancy. His additional credentials in DISA (Diploma in Information Systems Audit) and FAFD (Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection) further enhance his ability to address complex financial challenges with precision and integrity.
